RITES provides Quality Assurance Services, including pre-dispatch inspections, in-process/stage inspections, testing and conformity assessments, to its customers. RITES has trained and certified experts in the areas of ultrasonic, magnetic and dye-penetrant testing, radiography, high voltage testing, metrology and metallurgical investigations.
RITES QA Division has ISO: 17020 certifications, a specialised certification relating to conformance criteria of Inspection bodies accorded by NABCB (a body under Quality Council of India) covering large number of sectors. RITES QA laboratories in eastern and northern regions are accredited and conform to rigorous ISO/IEC17025 requirements by NABCB.
